Partner Onboarding
To become a partner with Zxyloo, you need to fill out our partner application form on our Partner App. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get in touch with you.

Once all required documents are submitted, it usually takes about 7-10 business days for your restaurant to go live.
The one-time onboarding fee is applicable and will be communicated during the registration process. Payment details will be provided once your documents are reviewed.

Payments are processed weekly and are transferred directly to your bank account. Ensure your banking details are up-to-date to receive timely payments.

There is no minimum order amount at Zxyloo. Feel free to place an order of any value.
Delivery charges vary by location and are applied if the order value falls below a certain threshold. Some restaurants may also have fixed delivery fees, which will be shown on the 'Review Order' page.
Delivery times depend on your location and current conditions. You will see an estimated delivery time for each restaurant when you select your location.

We deliver from any restaurant available in your search results. To ensure accurate delivery, enable GPS on your device to auto-detect your location.

Currently, we only support on-demand ordering. All orders are placed and executed in real-time.
