How can I become a partner with Zxyloo?

To become a partner with Zxyloo, you need to fill out our partner application form on our Partner App. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get in touch with you.

What are the mandatory documents needed to list my restaurant?

Copies of the following documents are mandatory:

  • FSSAI Licence OR FSSAI Acknowledgement
  • Pan Card
  • GSTIN Certificate
  • Cancelled Cheque OR Bank Passbook
  • Menu
I want to opt-out from Google Reserve

After I submit all documents, how long will it take for my restaurant to go live?

Once all required documents are submitted, it usually takes about 7-10 business days for your restaurant to go live.

What is the one-time onboarding fee? Do I have to pay for it while registering?

The one-time onboarding fee is applicable and will be communicated during the registration process. Payment details will be provided once your documents are reviewed.

How much commission will I be charged?

What if there is an issue with the quality or quantity of my order?

Issues with food quality or quantity are managed by the restaurant. If you encounter any problems, please provide feedback, and we will address it with the restaurant.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount at Zxyloo. Feel free to place an order of any value.

Are there delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by location and are applied if the order value falls below a certain threshold. Some restaurants may also have fixed delivery fees, which will be shown on the 'Review Order' page.

What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery times depend on your location and current conditions. You will see an estimated delivery time for each restaurant when you select your location.

What are the delivery hours?

Delivery hours vary based on location and the availability of our restaurant partners.

Can I order from any restaurant?

We deliver from any restaurant available in your search results. To ensure accurate delivery, enable GPS on your device to auto-detect your location.

Can I place a single order from multiple restaurants?

To ensure timely delivery and a great selection for all customers, we may limit the ability to place orders from multiple restaurants in one go based on availability.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Bulk orders are subject to availability and may be limited to ensure timely service for all customers.

Can I place an order in advance?

Currently, we only support on-demand ordering. All orders are placed and executed in real-time.

Can I update my delivery address or contact number?

Major changes to the delivery address are not possible once an order is placed. However, minor adjustments such as changes in flat number or street name can be made. Contact the delivery executive directly if their details are provided or reach out to our support team.
